MyNursingFellow ("the Fellow," "the service") is an AI thinking partner built for nursing, for anyone doing the long hours of caring, operated by Resonant Catalyst. It is a place to talk through a hard shift or a hard night, to set down some of what the work asks you to carry, and to hear your own thinking out loud. It is built with the professional nurse in mind, and with the nursing parent too, though you do not have to be either to find it useful. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Responses are generated by an AI system and are for reflection and thinking only. They are not a substitute for your own judgment, your charge nurse, your facility's protocol, or your doctor or your child's pediatrician. See our Disclaimer for the full picture.
MyNursingFellow is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not exploit the Fellow for personal or commercial gain. This includes, without limitation:

Enforcement. Violating this Acceptable Use section is grounds for Resonant Catalyst to suspend or terminate your access or membership, at our discretion and without refund.
You retain ownership of the information you share with the Fellow. You are responsible for what you upload, and for making sure you have the right to share it. Please be thoughtful about details that could identify a patient, and about your duty of confidentiality. See Care for Your Information for how we protect what you share.
The MyNursingFellow name, design, prompts, and software are the property of Resonant Catalyst. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, or create derivative products from the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonant Catalyst accepts no liability for decisions or actions taken based on content from the service, or for outcomes based on incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information. The service is provided to help you think, not to direct your care of anyone.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. We may also suspend or end the service, or your access to it, as described above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
